How to Use Food pH Meter:

1. Remove the protective cover downwards.

2. Clean and dry the pH prope.

3. Insertion of the probes into a solid/semi-solid sample.

4. Close the protective cover upwards after use.

How to Calibrate the pH Meter:

1. Prior to calibration, unscrew the caps on the bottles of H6.86 and pH 4.00 standard pH solutions.

2. Rinse the electrode with distilled water and wipe dry. Turn on the pH Meter.

3. First of all, calibrate pH 6.86: immerse the electrode in pH6.86 buffer solution, wait for the value to stabilize, then piless "CAL" for 5 seconds, the screen will show "CAL" jumping When the value is stable around 6.86, press "6.86" button, that is, the calibration of pH 6.86 is finished.

4. Rinse the electrode with clean water and wipe dry.

5. Repeat the above calibration steps to calibrate pH4.00.

How to extend probe life:

Keep the electrode cover sponge moist by adding 4 to 5 drops of the provided KCL solution.

Electrode Maintenance:

If the tester has not been used for an extended period of time, activate the electrodes by immersing them in KCL solution for 2 hours.
